The Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance (CVSA) is conducting Brake Safety Week between the dates of September 13-19, 2009. The goal of the week-long event, which is taking place across North America, is to help improve commercial vehicle brake safety by emphasizing proper brake inspection, maintenance, and operation.
